Workplace safety and compliance are at the forefront of our mission to empower individuals with the knowledge and skills necessary to excel in their roles. As a HSE Trainer, you will play a vital role in promoting operational excellence within organizations.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions focused on Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) protocols and standards.
  • Customize training materials according to audience needs and industry requirements.
  • Conduct assessments, quizzes, and practical demonstrations to ensure learners comprehend complex HSE concepts.
  • Maintain high-quality training standards and learner engagement through continuous evaluation and improvement.
  • Provide comprehensive post-training reports and feedback to stakeholders.
  • Stay updated on the latest HSE standards, regulations, and best practices to remain an expert in the field.
Requirements:

A master's degree in Environmental Sciences, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.

Hold a NEBOSH IDIP certification or equivalent international HSE certifications.

At least three years of experience in HSE training and/or field safety is required.

Possess strong presentation and communication skills to effectively convey complex information.

Experience with industrial and construction safety is highly valued.

Ability to conduct training in both English and Urdu is a plus.
