We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to develop and implement effective therapy plans for patients with physical, emotional, and cognitive needs.
About the Position- Evaluate patient requirements to create personalized treatment strategies focused on Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care and maintain accurate records of patient progress.
- Stay updated with the latest occupational therapy practices and ensure adherence to professional and ethical standards.
- Assess patients' abilities and develop customized therapy plans.
- Conduct regular assessments and modify plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Promote independence and empower patients to manage daily tasks effectively.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in occupational therapy or a related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in a clinical or rehabilitation setting.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
