Experienced Telecommunications Sales Specialist

We are looking for a highly skilled Business Development Executive to join our team at HDH Telecommunications. As a sales specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers, and negotiating sales agreements that meet the needs of both parties.
The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal communication skills, a strong ability to work independently, and a proven track record of success in sales. You will be expected to collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales plans, identify new business opportunities through networking and research, and negotiate sales agreements that meet the needs of both parties.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales plans
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking and research
- Negotiate sales agreements that meet the needs of both parties
Requirements:
- Proficiency in English speaking and writing
- Qualification: Minimum Intermediate O/A Levels
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Previous sales experience is preferred
- Must be regular and punctual
- Fuel allowance available for females on night shift
- Flexible to work evening shifts on a permanent basis (02:00 pm - 11:00 pm, Mon-Fri)
- Experienced candidates with excellent English communication skills are encouraged to apply
- Salary: Rs 30,000 - Rs 60,000 per month plus separate bonus (Basic Salary depending upon skills & experience)
