Financial Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to manage salaries, sales figures, and expenses in a timely and efficient manner.
Main Responsibilities:- Process salaries on time and maintain accurate records of receipt.
- Provide regular sales reports to senior management in the required format.
- Share recovery and sales data with branch managers as needed, without delay.
- Maintain records of PRs, bank deposits, and customer ledgers.
- Ensure proper documentation for collections and provide details as requested by head office colleagues for reconciliation.
- Verify earnings and apply deductions according to company policy, then update the system and dispatch records to head office.
- Review freight expenses and make adjustments if extra miles were charged by the transporter.
- Check and verify all import-related expenses.
- Forward expenses to head office and follow up on their status.
- Maintain accurate records of all expenses.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong communication abilities.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing financial operations, ensuring timely and accurate processing of financial transactions, and maintaining accurate records. They will also be responsible for providing regular sales reports and sharing recovery and sales data with branch managers.
