  • Log call details accurately and efficiently.
  • Install and troubleshoot software remotely, ensuring seamless operations.
  • Maintain working knowledge of remote support tools and adapt to new technologies.
  • Possess relevant educational background in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Demonstrate basic to intermediate SQL Server troubleshooting and installation skills.
Additionally, you will be expected to:
  • Support the rollout of new applications.
  • Respond promptly to customer calls within agreed time limits.
