Job Title: Assistant Manager

 

Job Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an assistant manager located in Gulberg V Lahore. The position involves supporting and assisting the manager in the day-to-day operations of the organization, including managing staff, analyzing operational performance, reviewing and developing policies and procedures, and ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.

The role requires a strong leader who can oversee daily operations, analyze performance data, develop and implement policies and procedures, and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements. The assistant manager will also be responsible for reviewing and revising existing policies and procedures to ensure they are up-to-date and relevant to the organization's current needs.

Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree or higher

  5. Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
  6. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  7. Working knowledge of logistics and transport software systems is a plus
