Recruitment Professional

This role offers an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Recruitment Professional, responsible for the entire recruitment life cycle. You will work closely with HR teams to develop and implement recruitment strategies, engaging with passive and active candidates through various channels.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Source and engage top talent through targeted advertising, social media, and other recruitment channels.
  • Manage candidate relationships, from initial contact to onboarding, ensuring exceptional candidate experience.
  • Develop and maintain accurate records of recruitment activities, providing insights and recommendations to improve future hiring processes.
  • Promote our employer brand, highlighting our unique culture and values to attract the best candidates.
Required Skills:

To succeed in this role, you will require strong interpersonal and communication skills, combined with a keen eye for detail and ability to analyze complex data. Experience with recruitment software and systems is highly beneficial, as is a solid understanding of employment laws and regulations.

You should be able to work collaboratively, think creatively, and maintain a high level of professionalism throughout your interactions with candidates, stakeholders, and colleagues.
