The Role

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated individual to lead our Recruitment efforts in Fixed Networks. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge and experience in global recruitment, particularly within the regions of the UAE, KSA, and UK.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute tailored recruitment strategies for fixed networks positions across UAE, KSA, and UK.
  • Manage and lead a team of recruitment professionals to achieve hiring targets and enhance team performance.
  • Design and implement innovative sourcing techniques to attract potential candidates.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions that reflect role requirements.
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for various positions.
  • Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of strategies and make data-driven decisions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on telecommunications or technical roles.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing recruitment processes on a global scale, particularly in UAE, KSA, and UK.
  • Strong understanding of local labor laws and regulations in relevant jurisdictions.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess recruitment effectiveness and identify improvements.
