Job Title: Occupational Health and Environmental Specialist

This role is responsible for ensuring a healthy and safe work environment by conducting regular monitoring of airborne contaminants, noise and vibration levels, and heat stress.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct environmental sampling and analysis to identify potential health hazards.
  • Develop and implement control measures to mitigate risks associated with occupational exposures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Prepare reports and recommendations for management and stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health, Environmental Science, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in occupational health and safety, preferably in a mining or industrial setting.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing effective control measures.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
