Your Key Responsibilities:

- Issue Resolution: Address client concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring seamless issue resolution and high client satisfaction.
- Sales Performance: Meet or exceed daily/weekly sales targets, contributing to business growth and revenue.
- Service Quality: Deliver high-quality service across multiple communication channels, consistently exceeding client expectations.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance client experience and drive business results.
