Job Description
We are looking for individuals who can provide satisfactory solutions to a diverse range of customer queries. This role requires excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to think critically and come up with creative solutions. You will be responsible for maintaining swift responses to customers through email and/or chat, while ensuring a level of service that exceeds expectations. Additionally, you will document each customer query and the resulting solution, providing alternatives to products/items not available on our e-commerce website. You will also follow standard processes and procedures when it comes to providing resolutions, staying up-to-date with the latest updates on system information and process changes.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Able to type at least 40 WPM
  • Proficiency with MS Office, particularly MS Excel and MS Word
  • O Levels/Matriculation or above
