Job Overview:
In this critical role, you will play a key part in gathering data through face-to-face surveys in assigned locations. Your attention to detail and ability to accurately record responses will ensure the quality of our data. You will work closely with the research team to achieve project objectives and adhere to established guidelines. A successful candidate will have experience in conducting surveys using mobile devices or paper forms and be able to effectively communicate with respondents.

Main Responsibilities:
• Conduct surveys and gather data in designated areas
• Use mobile devices or paper forms to collect and record accurate data
• Build rapport with respondents to enhance data quality
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure project success
• Address any concerns from respondents and provide clear explanations of the survey purpose
• Track completed interviews and report any issues to the research team

Requirements:
As a field data collector, you will need to have intermediate proficiency in CAPI data collection and experience conducting at least one survey using mobile data collection. Residents of Orangi and adjacent areas or Rawalpindi are preferred, as well as graduates. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
