Job Title: Devops Engineer with Cloud Infrastructure Expertise

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled DevOps Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience designing and deploying production-grade software, as well as working on Agile teams using the Scrum method.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implementing Testing and Development Tools: Implement various testing, development, automation tools, and IT infrastructures.
• CICD Tool Selection and Deployment: Select and deploy the appropriate CI/CD tools and perform any configuration management.
• Process Definition and Establishment: Define and establish test, development, release, update, and support processes for the organization's DevOps operations.
• Pipeline Development and Maintenance: Work towards continuous improvement while building continuous integration, continuous development, and constant deployment pipelines.
• Code Review and Validation: Review, verify, and validate software codes developed in the project.
• Monitoring Stack Implementation: Implementing and maintaining monitoring stacks.
• Cloud Infrastructure Management: Maintaining and improving the organization's cloud infrastructure.
• Troubleshooting and Bug Fixing: Conducting system troubleshooting activities and fixing any found code bugs.
• Development Process Monitoring: Monitoring the development processes during the whole lifecycle to ensure their adherence and creating or updating new processes and also minimize any waste.
• Automated Process Promotion: Promoting and building automated processes wherever feasible.
• Security Protocols Enhancement: Enhance the IT infrastructure's security protocols by identifying and deploying needed cybersecurity measures by continuously conducting vulnerability assessment and risk management procedures.
• Incident Management: Performing incidence management and root cause analysis.
• Team and Client Coordination: Maintaining consistent coordination and communication within the team as well as with clients.
• Customer Requirements Understanding: Understanding customer requirements, monitoring, and measuring customer experience and their Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Stakeholder Management: Managing stakeholders and associated external interfaces.
• Project Progress Reporting: Managing periodic reporting on project progress to the management, stakeholders, and customers.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Software Development Experience: 5+ years software development experience.
• Production-Grade Software Design and Deployment: Experience designing and deploying production-grade software.
• Object Design Experience: Experience with object design.
• Programming Language Experience: Experience developing in different languages such as Go, Java, C++, Perl, Ruby, and C.
• Web Application Development: Experience with web application development using HTML, CSS, and Angular.
• Data Transport Experience: Experience with data transport using XML and JSON.
• Network Stack Experience: Experience developing and debugging software on a network stack IP, TCP, HTTP, REST.
• Databases Experience: Experience using SQL, Mongo, and NoSQL databases.
• Configuration Management Experience: Experience in configuration management (e.g., Ansible, Chef, Puppet, or similar).
• Cloud Platform Experience: A strong knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Linux Operating System Experience: Ability to navigate and administer Linux operating systems.
• Server-Side Application Scaling: Understanding on how to scale server-side applications depending on load.
• Software Engineering Best Practices: Demonstrated application of software engineering best practices.
• Agile Team Experience: Experience working on Agile teams, specifically using the Scrum method.
