We are seeking experienced professionals to fill the role of Assistant Manager ADC Operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure timely and secure production of Debit cards and their distribution to branches, handling any related complaints efficiently.
  2. Monitor ATM services 24/7 and escalate any issues to relevant stakeholders promptly.
  3. Maintain compliance with the bank's internal policies and regulatory requirements for ADC operations.
  4. Provide timely reporting as required internally, externally, and to regulatory bodies.
  5. Resolve domestic and international issuer/acquirer-related disputes in a timely manner.
  6. Perform daily reconciliation and settlement of ATM/POS/Bill payments/FT/IBFT/E-commerce, M-Commerce, and QR transactions while addressing any associated disputes.
  7. Manage RAAST reconciliation and settlement effectively, ensuring resolution of disbursing within assigned TATs.
  8. Handle captured card matters and generate necessary reports internally and externally.
