We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Director to lead our customer-facing operations and ensure exceptional service delivery.

About the Role:
  • Drive customer support strategy and tactics across multiple e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Amazon, etc.).
  • Develop and implement scalable customer support models to enhance user experience and retention.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through timely and effective issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities:Customer Support Leadership:
  • Manage and optimize customer support teams to meet service-level agreements (SLAs), key performance indicators (KPIs), and platform-specific guidelines.
  • Analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement, driving targeted solutions to enhance response times and efficiency.
Compliance & Excellence Management:
  • Evaluate and ensure compliance with e-commerce regulations, data protection laws, and consumer rights.
  • Implement and maintain an ongoing compliance framework to prevent violations and manage risk.
  • Conduct regular audits, reviews, and investigations to identify compliance gaps.
