As a key member of our customer service team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional support to our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to respond promptly and professionally to incoming queries from students, parents, and staff via phone, WhatsApp, email, and online platforms.

You will maintain detailed, accurate records of all customer interactions and resolutions in our support system. Your clear and courteous communication style will ensure a positive experience for all customers, while your ability to escalate unresolved issues to the correct department or team member will facilitate timely resolution.

To succeed in this position, you must possess excellent English language skills, both written and spoken, as well as a strong understanding of technical applications such as WhatsApp, email, Microsoft Office, Zoom, and Google Meet. You will also need to demonstrate patience, empathy, and attention to detail in your work.

Key Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer support
  • Excellent English and Urdu language proficiency
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and other online platforms
