Job Description

Contract Compliance Specialist:

We are seeking a skilled professional to ensure that all contractual obligations are clearly identified, monitored, and fulfilled.

The ideal candidate will excel at analyzing contracts, identifying obligations, and providing support to various stakeholders to interpret contractual terms and manage obligations effectively.

This role is crucial in ensuring compliance with contractual commitments and maintaining the master list of contracts.

The successful candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience working with contract lifecycle management tools.

They will be responsible for developing and implementing robust compliance monitoring processes, tracking adherence to contractual commitments, and proactively raising awareness of contractual obligations.

Additionally, they will recommend enhancements to existing processes and compliance tools to improve efficiency and streamline monitoring practices.
