Job Title: System Administrator for Infrastructure Team

This is a highly skilled position that requires strong technical expertise and hands-on experience in managing complex IT systems.

The successful candidate will join our team of experts to operate, maintain, and upgrade our Internet-based infrastructure.

We are looking for an individual who can work independently, communicate effectively, and jump into new projects with ease.

  1. Key Responsibilities:
  2. Install, configure, and optimize software to ensure smooth system operation.
  3. Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and apply bug fixes to maintain efficiency.
  4. Ensure the security and integrity of our IT infrastructure through access controls, backups, and firewalls.
  5. Manage network servers and technology tools to optimize performance.
  6. Set up accounts and workstations for distributed team members.
  7. Stay up-to-date with new releases and models, and upgrade systems accordingly.
  8. Develop expertise to train staff on new technologies and create internal documentation.

Core Hours & Benefits:

  • Monday - Friday from 9:00am - 5:00pm US Pacific Time.
  • Available on call after core hours as necessary due to business needs.

This role requires a self-motivated individual who can work well under pressure and maintain open communication with the team.
