As a Strategic Sales and Marketing Professional, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth and profitability. You will lead the coordination of sales and marketing functions, analyzing activity against goals and developing business plans to achieve market success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement an annual marketing plan that aligns with company objectives, focusing on driving revenue growth and expanding market share.

  • Direct and develop the performance of account executives, providing timely feedback and coaching to enhance sales skills and ensure they meet or exceed sales and activity standards.

  • Establish action plans for effective lead generation and prospecting, ensuring all account executives are equipped with the necessary resources and guidance to succeed.

  • Identify and pursue new market opportunities, coordinating development of action plans to penetrate emerging markets and expand the customer base.

  • Conduct regular one-on-one reviews with account executives to build communication, understand training needs, and provide insights for improvement, fostering a culture of excellence within the team.

  • Communicate performance updates to senior management, maintaining accurate records of pricing, sales, and activity reports to inform strategic decisions.

  • Support account executives in proposal preparation and presentation, ensuring they have the necessary resources and guidance to effectively communicate their value proposition.

  • Recruit and hire qualified account executives based on agreed-upon criteria, promoting a culture of excellence and driving business results.
