As a Business Development Executive at Power PAL Inc, you will be responsible for driving sales growth through proactive cold calling, lead generation, and long-term relationship development.

About the Position:

  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
  • Lead Generation: Identify and target new business opportunities through strategic cold calling, networking, and marketing campaigns.
  • Client Relationship Building: Establish and maintain long-term relationships with clients by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Pipeline Management: Ensure timely follow-ups and progress tracking to maintain a robust pipeline of prospects.
  • CRM & Reporting: Accurately log calls, leads, and client interactions in the CRM system and provide regular sales reports.
  • Market Analysis: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.
  • Team Collaboration: Share client insights with the sales team to refine strategies and improve sales outcomes.
  • Customer Focus: Deliver exceptional service to prospects and clients by addressing objections professionally and building trust.

This is a full-time, office-based position with standard working hours in line with Toronto time zone.
