Job Title: Lead Corporate Investigations Specialist

About the Role

This position is responsible for conducting thorough corporate investigations into various types of abuses and violations of internal procedures and company rules.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drafting investigation plans and coordinating with relevant teams.
  • Obtaining necessary data from other departments to conduct investigations.
  • Preparing reports based on investigation results and presenting them to governance bodies.
  • Socializing recommendations for measures to prevent or mitigate damage and coordinating their implementation.
  • Interacting with headquarters and preparing information on investigation status and relevant documents.
  • Managing stakeholders, including interacting with management and preparing reports related to investigations.
  • Supervising colleagues and external consultants as needed.
  • Coordinating with external auditors for investigation-related data and case documentation.
  • Preparing training materials on aspects of corporate investigations and delivering trainings/awareness sessions.
  • Identifying potential violations and control weaknesses during investigations.
  • Working with information systems, databases, and equipment for investigations.

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with experience in investigations and/or compliance of at least 6-8 years. A Master's degree, preferably in law or finance, is preferred.

Desirable Qualifications

  • Experience in managing a small investigations team and reporting findings to management and across functions.
  • Telecommunications/banking industries' experience and certifications will be considered an advantage.
  • Proficiency in using investigative information systems and databases.
  • Experience in securing and collecting evidence as part of investigations.
  • Advanced skills in research: search engines, social networks, forums, registries, databases, etc.
  • Analytical mindset, report writing, project planning, organizational skills, interviewing, and public speaking.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Advanced knowledge of written and spoken English.
