We are seeking a highly skilled Communication Specialist to join our team.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be fluent in English and have strong negotiation abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Issue Escalation: Identify and promptly escalate critical issues to supervisors for timely resolution.
  • Customer Service: Provide accurate and informative service information to customers via various communication channels.
  • Research and Information Gathering: Conduct thorough research using available resources to resolve customer queries and provide solutions.
  • Call Routing: Route calls to the most suitable resources, ensuring efficient issue resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Follow-up Calls: Make follow-up calls where necessary to ensure customer concerns are addressed and issues resolved.
  • Sales and Upselling: Proactively upsell products and services that align with customer needs, driving revenue growth and business expansion.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Accurately complete call logs and reports, providing valuable insights for process improvement and strategic decision-making.
Work Schedule and Environment:

The selected candidate will work on a 5-day week schedule in a dynamic, low-stress work environment.

Requirements:
  • Negotiation Ability: Possess strong negotiation skills to effectively handle customer interactions and sales conversations.
  • Sales Experience: Demonstrate outbound sales experience, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Flexibility: Be willing to work night shifts from 6 PM to 1 AM, ensuring round-the-clock support for customers.
  • Customer Service: Showcase a high level of customer service experience, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences.

Please note that the successful candidate will answer approximately 10-15 calls per day, providing personalized attention and resolving customer queries efficiently.

Job Requirements
In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. You will also be expected to maintain accurate records of customer interactions and contribute to the development of sales strategies.
