We are seeking a highly ambitious and energetic individual to assist us in expanding our business operations.

  • This role will involve coordinating and communicating with key stakeholders in the USA.
  • Your objective will be day-to-day coordination and driving long-term growth by increasing client relationships and developing strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Formulate a comprehensive growth strategy with a dual focus on financial gain and market expansion.
  • Conduct thorough research to identify new business opportunities for growing the company.
  • Schedule and attend business meetings with key stakeholders Virtually.
  • Maintain a strong online presence and effectively communicate the company's strengths and services to clients.
  • Cultivate long-term relationships with Federal Contracting Officer's / Agencies in the USA.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven working experience in Proposal writing and project Management, with a strong emphasis on business development.
  • Experience in coordination, evaluation, and business development, with a proven track record of success.
  • Resourceful with outstanding research skills, able to identify new business opportunities and develop effective strategies.
  • Proficiency in English communication (Spoken & written), with excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Time management and planning skills, with a high degree of organizational ability.
  • Not afraid of challenges, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • 6-8 years prior experience with US based Agencies / NGOs, with a strong understanding of the industry.
