Job Requirements:

We are seeking an experienced IT Service Desk Technician to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing technical support and resolving customer inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical assistance to customers via phone, email, or in-person.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot complex technical issues with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues.

Requirements:

  • Strong background in system administration and customer service.
  • CompTIA A+, Network+ certifications.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in IT Help Desk or Systems Administration.

You will work with a variety of technologies including Microsoft Windows, Mac OS, and more.
