  • Opportunity Identification: Identify opportunities for growth and create actionable initiatives at the local level, leveraging relevant data and insights to inform decision-making.
Leadership Qualities
  • Commercial Insights: Develop commercial insights, strategies, and initiatives at the market level, driving business growth and improving competitiveness.
  • Strategic Approach: Utilize a strategic approach to identify insights and solutions that boost commercial strategy with actionable levers.
  • Franchise Management: Lead Franchise management routines internally and with the System, ensuring effective collaboration and communication.
Communication Focus
  • Senior Interactions: Maintain top-level interactions and negotiations with senior management team members, fostering strong relationships and building trust.

Requirements
  • Business Experience: Minimum 10 years of Business experience in Operation/Strategy/Marketing/Business Development related areas.
