As a seasoned sales expert, you will join Vairt's dynamic team as Executive Sales Lead for Real Estate Investments. Your mission is to spearhead strategic sales initiatives tailored to the real estate sector, leading a team that drives revenue growth and enhances market presence.

Responsibilities:
  1. Oversight of daily sales department operations, ensuring a high-performing team generates targeted revenue.
  2. Development and implementation of sales strategies aligned with Vairt's business objectives, supporting in-person and virtual sales presentations.
  3. Management and mentorship of Directors of Sales and National Sales Managers, including recruitment, training, evaluation, and professional development.
  4. Implementation of sales training and development initiatives to enhance team performance and productivity.
  5. Creation of comprehensive sales plans and identification of strategies to achieve annual revenue growth targets and profit goals.
  6. Fostering a consultative and value-driven sales approach to support customer retention and satisfaction.
  7. Pipeline analysis, budget forecasting, and reporting using CRM tools like HubSpot.

Requirements:
