Technical Project Manager Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned and motivated Technical Project Manager to join our team. This role offers significant professional growth by planning and managing multiple projects across cross-functional teams.

  • Manage software development process in-line with product roadmap and release deadlines.
  • Write and assign detailed product feature tickets for development team.
  • Establish timelines and closely track release cycle, coordinate with development team, QA, and DevOps.
  • Engage C-suite on new feature ideas following company vision and customer feedback.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers to write end user guide.
  • Analyze weaknesses in development teams and focus on developing skill sets.
  • Assist with hiring and coordinating interviews for product development and engineering teams.
  • Advocate for customers throughout product design and development process.
Key Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Information Sciences, Software Engineering or relevant field.

2-3 years of experience as Technical Project Manager or Program Manager.

Advanced knowledge of Project Management principles and practices.

Knowledge of Agile software development methodologies and development planning tools such as Jira.

Excellent organizational and time management skills and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.

Skilled in creative problem-solving and initiative-taking.

Fluency in English required (oral and written).
