Maintenance Expert Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our maintenance operations and drive continuous improvement. As a global powerhouse across multiple industries, we harness the potential of natural ingredients to transform lives.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced leader to plan, monitor, and control the operation, maintenance, project functions, resources, and staff with invaluable knowledge in an effective and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operation & Maintenance: Comprehensive expertise in mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, civil, and utility systems including compressors, cooling towers, pumps, gears, conveyors, sifters, dryers, elevators, mills, centrifuges, fans, motors, LT/HT switchgears, generators, 132 KV grid stations, basic knowledge of instrumentation & PLC/DCS systems. Well-versed in maintenance methodologies such as Reliability Centered Maintenance, Condition Based Maintenance & Time Bound Maintenance.
  • Project Management: Capable of designing mechanical and electrical systems along with timely modifications to meet process requirements. Project management knowledge to handle capex projects and meet project timelines through effective control of cash flows.
  • Inventory Management: Strong knowledge of inventory management systems to evaluate critical store items to keep machines operational, evaluating QEMs for material selection, and following up on deliveries through developing critical machine parts lists and regular updates.
  • Contractor Management: Dealing with contractors to execute project jobs, meet timelines within budget, develop contracts for petty jobs, evaluate contractor bids, QEMs, and their billings.
  • People Management: Lead teams of mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, utilities, and civil staff, develop coordination among departments, provide awareness on best practices, guide them technically, and build effective teams.
  • Compliance with Company Policies: Ensuring adherence to company policies.
  • Continuous Improvement: Share project ideas for energy conservation, process optimization, prepare feasibility reports, BOQs, follow procurement, and ensure safe project execution within timelines.
Requirements:
  • B.Sc. / M.Sc. Engineering in Mechanical / Electrical / Mechatronics.
  • Prior experience in petro-chemical, fertilizer, process, food, or cement industries.
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in O&M of electrical & mechanical installations.
  • Deep knowledge of O&M, maintenance methodologies, reliability management, and team development.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems including SAP, Lean Six Sigma, MS Office, ETAB, AutoCAD & Power BI for preventive and corrective maintenance.
  • Understanding of international standards like EHS, IMS, GPM, ISO & Food Safety.
