Job Title: Sales Development Specialist

Description:

  • We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating business for the company through sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business leads through regular searching of potential clients and conducting cold calling campaigns.
  • Undertake targets set by management and work towards achieving them.
  • Create strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Initiate deals with potential clients and revive old customers.
  • Visit new clients and follow up on existing ones.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in lead generation and prospect management.
  • Ability to make cold calls and communicate effectively with new people.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Persuasive and goal-oriented personality.
  • Energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor.
  • Self-motivated and self-directed individual.
  • Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
  • In-depth understanding of company services and industry position.
  • Two years of cold calling experience or related sales experience.
