Key Responsibilities:
  • Dispatch Coordination: Manage the scheduling and dispatching of luxury vehicle services efficiently.
  • Effective Communication: Communicate effectively with drivers to ensure timely arrivals and departures.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns.
  • Maintain Professionalism: Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor in all interactions.
  • Monitoring: Monitor and track the status of assigned vehicles.
  • Issue Resolution: Address any unforeseen issues or delays to ensure smooth operations.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities.
  • Reporting: Generate reports as needed for management.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience: Proven experience in a dispatch or coordination role, preferably in the transportation industry.
  • Communication and Organizational Skills: Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Crisis Management: Ability to handle high-pressure situations and make quick decisions.
  • Local Knowledge: Familiarity with local geography and traffic patterns.
  • Flexibility: Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, nights, and weekends.
