ACE Dispatch Solutions is currently seeking experienced dispatchers to join our team for our transport projects in the USA and Canada. As a dispatcher, you will be responsible for answering customer calls, booking their rides, and assigning them to our drivers. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 6 months experience in dispatching or a related field (International Call Center, Preferably).

Responsibilities:

  • Answering customer calls and booking their rides
  • Assigning rides to our drivers and ensuring timely pickups and drop-offs
  • Coordinating with drivers to ensure smooth and efficient service
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and ride details
  • Providing exceptional customer service and resolving any issues or complaints

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 6 months of experience in dispatching or a related field
