Software Quality Assurance Role

We are seeking a skilled Software Quality Assurance professional to play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and integrity of software deliverables across multiple projects.

This involves designing, implementing, and overseeing testing strategies and quality standards for various applications.

  • Execution of manual test cases for web, mobile, and other platforms.
  • Testing of promotions, coupons, and campaigns via digital channels.
  • Working knowledge of e-commerce systems and their integration with quality assurance processes.
Key Responsibilities
  • Developing and executing comprehensive testing plans to ensure high-quality software deliverables.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing requirements.
  • Identifying and reporting defects and issues found during testing.
Requirements
  • Strong understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC) and testing methodologies.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) and similar e-commerce platforms.
  • Expertise in testing web and mobile applications, including compatibility testing.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce checkout flows and promotional campaign management.
Qualifications

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in software quality assurance, with a strong focus on technical competencies.

Candidates should possess excellent communication and collaboration skills, as well as the ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
