Job Role: Financial Management Expert

Advance your career as a Financial Management Expert and take on the challenge of managing financial transactions with precision and accuracy.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  1. Process LC Cost Sheets, record imported stock, and reconcile stock ledger and supplier ledger for accurate financial records.
  2. Analyze sales targets and prepare receivables aging reports to optimize revenue collection.
  3. Verify purchases from IGP (Inward Gate Pass), GRN (Goods Receipt Note) against stock ledger and supplier ledger for discrepancies.
  4. Coordinate stores issuance for production and maintenance, and reconcile monthly production with sales and closing stock.
  5. Reconcile sales from OGP (Outward Gate Pass), Sales Invoices, Delivery Challans, with sales ledger and debtor's ledger for accurate sales data.
  6. Apply accrual concepts to incorporate monthly accruals into our financial books.
  7. Prepare withholding tax statements U/S 165, 147, 155, 153, 151, and reconcile with Income Tax ledgers for tax compliance.
  8. Submit verified sales tax returns and maintain updated records of Sales tax as per the requirement of the Sales Tax Act 1990.
  9. Validate Bank Reconciliation statements to ensure financial integrity.
  10. Manage commission workings of staff to optimize revenue distribution.
  11. Submit stock statements to the bank on time for timely reconciliation.
  12. Verify salary sheets and tax deductions for accurate compensation.
  13. Confirm withholding tax deductions on all payments for compliant tax practices.
