Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned financial expert to lead our organization's financial operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in finance, accounting, and management.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Financial Planning and Strategy:
  2. Develop and implement comprehensive financial policies and procedures to ensure efficient financial management.
  3. Prepare and present detailed financial reports and analysis to senior management, including financial statements, cash flow forecasts, and budgets.
  4. Cash Flow Management:
  5. Manage cash flow, forecasting future financial needs and ensuring sufficient funds are available to support the company's operations.
  6. Stakeholder Relationships:
  7. Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including banks, investors, and other financiers.
  8. Compliance and Governance:
  9. Oversee the preparation and submission of tax returns, ensuring compliance with relevant tax legislation.
  10. Team Leadership:
  11. Build and manage the finance function, providing guidance and support to staff members as needed.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
  2. 7+ years of experience in a finance or accounting role, with at least 2 years in a managerial position.
  3. Familiarity with financial reporting software and other relevant tools and technologies.
