5. Utilize social media management tools to schedule posts, track performance, and analyze metrics to optimize content strategies.

• Proven work experience as a Digital Engagement Specialist or in a similar role, preferably within the travel, tourism, or visa consulting industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity in crafting compelling social media content.
• In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, their functionalities, and best practices for engaging audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful social media strategies, driving tangible results in lead generation and brand visibility.
• Proficiency in using social media management tools for scheduling, analytics, and reporting.
• Understanding of social media advertising platforms and experience in running targeted ad campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills to track social media metrics and draw insights to optimize performance.
