Senior Supply Chain Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Supply Chain Manager to lead our supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop Standard Operating Procedures for the entire Supply Chain Process, ensuring efficient execution of all activities.
  • Direct activities of purchasing, raw material storage, production operations, warehousing, and logistics teams to ensure seamless integration and effective resource allocation.
  • Conduct weekly meetings with senior management to obtain approval on production planning, aligning strategic objectives with operational requirements.
  • Build strong relationships with major suppliers to reduce bargaining costs and enhance collaboration, driving mutual benefits.
  • Ensure timely and quality import of materials for production process, maintaining optimal inventory levels and minimizing waste.
  • Maintain minimum inventory in raw material stores by daily checking reports and taking immediate corrective actions.
  • Daily review production division reports and address bottlenecks by directing Incharge Production, ensuring continuous improvement.
  • Ensure smooth operations of finished goods logistics, managing transportation and distribution networks effectively.
  • Resolve customer matters promptly and professionally, providing exceptional service and support.
  • Work to eliminate blame games among employees in supply chain division, fostering a culture of accountability and transparency.
  • Develop and manage departmental budgets, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and quarterly meetings for direct reportees, promoting growth and development.
  • Develop department staff through coaching, counseling, and mentoring sessions, enhancing their skills and capabilities.
