Job Title: Supply Chain Manager

Description

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled supply chain manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire supply chain process, from sourcing raw materials to delivering products to customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective supply chain strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Manage relationships with suppliers and negotiate contracts to ensure timely delivery of high-quality materials.
  • Oversee the movement of goods from suppliers to warehouses and then to customers, ensuring efficient logistics and transportation management.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on supply chain performance, including inventory levels, lead times, and costs.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in an international setting.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex supply chains and improving efficiency.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with industry trends and best practices in supply chain management.
