System Administrator Role Overview

The Assistant System Administrator plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of network and systems at both user end and data center level as needed.

Main Responsibilities
  • Configure, troubleshoot, and manage network and systems at user end and DC level to maintain optimal performance.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Windows Server, including Active Directory and Group Policy configuration.
  • A solid understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, and basic router, switch, and firewall configuration.
  • Familiarity with server, workstation, and peripheral hardware components, encompassing installation, configuration, and basic troubleshooting.
  • The ability to install, configure, update, and manage various software applications effectively.
  • Experience in creating, managing, and troubleshooting user accounts, permissions, and access controls is essential.
Preferred Certifications
  • MCSE or CCNA certification can be advantageous.
Requirements and Terms
  • Candidates must provide scanned copies of their academic and professional documents.
  • Last education certificate/degree must be attested/verified by HEC.
