Job Title: Senior Executive Attorney

The ideal candidate will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

  • Draft, review, and negotiate various contracts, including service agreements, vendor contracts, and procurement contracts.
  • Ensure contracts comply with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements, including PECA and international best practices.
  • Provide legal support and guidance to various internal departments regarding contract terms and risk management.
  • Liaise with internal/external stakeholders, including vendors, to resolve contract-related disputes, clauses negotiation or other issues.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining standard contract templates and procedures.
  • Conduct legal research on contract law and relevant legal developments.
  • Ensure timely contract renewals, amendments, and terminations as required.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Draft legal documents, including but not limited to Show Cause Notices, Replies, regulatory affairs, Circulars, Warning Notices, and Penalty Notices.
  • Prepare and present monthly and quarterly contract status reports.
Requirements:
  • LL.B (required)
  • LL.M or any other postgraduate legal qualification (preferred)
  • Certifications: Membership in relevant legal bodies is preferred.
Experience:
  • 4 years of relevant experience in contract law, commercial transactions, or corporate legal roles.
  • Experience within the telecom/IT sector is a plus.

This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. The ideal candidate should have a strong knowledge of contract law and commercial laws in Pakistan, as well as excellent drafting and negotiation skills.
