Job Title:

As an IT Risk and Compliance Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying, assessing, and mitigating IT risks within the organization.

  • Collaborate with internal audit teams to implement effective IT risk management policies and procedures.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to identify potential IT risks and work with other process owners to address these risks.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards by monitoring and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of relevant regulations and best practices.
  • Work with IT departments to develop and implement risk mitigation plans and provide guidance on SOX compliance.
  • Provide training and support to IT process owners and control owners on risk management and compliance procedures.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in IT systems, risk management, and compliance.
  • Proven expertise in IT risk assessment and mitigation strategies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
