Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our School Improvement Program. As a District Manager, you will be responsible for implementing the program across multiple schools, strengthening school councils, and establishing effective partnerships with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implementation of the Whole School Improvement Program, including strengthening of school councils and community mobilization
  • Establishing a sustained institutional liaison between the Department of Education, District Government officials, corporate sector representatives, other organizations, head teachers, and ITA team
  • Undertaking intensive documentation of the School Improvement Program activities, updates, and preparing monthly and quarterly progress reports
  • Rigorous monitoring of partner schools on a regular basis, including site-based coordination, staff hiring, appraisal, and annual work plans and budgets
Requirements

We are looking for a dedicated, energetic, and organized individual with excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills. The successful candidate should have:

  • Fluent written and spoken English language proficiency
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • A strong attention to detail and ability to take initiative
  • Proactive approach and excellent analytical skills
  • Ability to write smart business proposals and reports
