Senior Procurement Specialist

Job Overview:

A seasoned expert is sought to lead the implementation, configuration, and ongoing support of SAP Ariba solutions.

  • Design and deploy scalable procurement strategies utilizing Ariba's Sourcing, Contract Management, Supplier Lifecycle & Performance (SLP), and Buying & Invoicing (P2P) modules.
  • Foster collaboration with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into clear functional specifications.
  • Incorporate Ariba with SAP ECC or S/4HANA via CIG or PI/PO to enhance integration capabilities.
  • Provide sustained post-go-live support, issue resolution, and continuous process optimization.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge on Ariba enhancements and best practices.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive expertise in multiple Ariba modules and demonstrate a profound understanding of procurement processes and SAP integration.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP Ariba implementation and support.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in at least two or more SAP Ariba modules: Ariba Sourcing, Ariba Contracts, Ariba Buying & Invoicing (P2P), Supplier Lifecycle & Performance (SLP), Commerce Automation/Supplier Business Network.
  • Experience with integration to SAP ECC/S/4HANA via CIG or PI/PO.
  • Deep comprehension of procurement processes and compliance standards.
  • Expertise in Ariba Network and supplier onboarding processes.
