We are seeking a highly skilled professional to assist in the successful implementation, support and rollout of procurement solutions across multiple entities. The ideal candidate will have experience in providing expertise in requisition, sourcing, order management and inventory management processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a subject matter expert for procurement solutions, managing end-to-end implementation lifecycles.
  • Lead consulting engagements, providing expertise in requisition, sourcing, procurement and inventory management processes.
  • Analyze business requirements and map them to procurement functionalities to design optimal solutions.
  • Prepare requirement documents for reports, interfaces, data conversions and application extensions.
  • Identify functional gaps and collaborate with the technical team to design and implement extensions or customizations.
  • Configure procurement applications to meet business needs and document application setups comprehensively.
  • Develop and implement security strategies and validation plans for procurement projects.
  • Support integration and migration activities, including configuration, interfaces and extensions into production environments.
  • Assist business users in creating test scenarios, preparing validation scripts and executing user acceptance testing.
  • Validate configuration, integrations and migrated data to ensure solution integrity and accuracy.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and internal stakeholders to drive project deliverables.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree or above in supply chain management, accounting or equivalent education, and minimum 8 years of relevant working experience in procurement with strong expertise in procurement modules, including requisition management, sourcing and procurement, inventory management and strong integration experience.

Minimum of 2 end-to-end procurement implementation experiences is required.
