We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Virtual Assistant to oversee cleaning coordination, property maintenance, guest communication, and listing optimization.
Responsibilities:
- Cleaning & Property Maintenance:
- Create new listings in property management software.
- Schedule and coordinate daily cleaning services.
- Assign cleaners for property replenishment.
- Monitor and evaluate cleaning standards.
- Run scheduled cleaning campaigns.
- Onboard and train new cleaners.
- Maintain and update the maintenance tracking system.
- Arrange deep clean inspections.
- Obtain insurance quotations.
- Assist property owners with setting up utilities and WiFi accounts.
- Monitor and respond to guest reviews.
- Manage key registers.
- Maintain cleaning pricing structure.
- Maintain and update a master data spreadsheet.
- Manage and automate guest messaging.
- Send bin collection reminders.
- Organize and assign listing photos.
- Continuously update listings.
- Adjust price recommendations.
- Execute custom promotions.
- Optimize listings.
- Respond to guest inquiries.
- Send check-in details.
- Provide monthly booking updates.
- Coordinate with contractors.
- Manage routine maintenance work orders.
- Screen guests.
- Accept booking requests.
- Handle booking alterations.
