Remote Accounting Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Accountant to manage and monitor daily accounting operations for rental properties. The successful candidate will work remotely, responsible for preparing, analyzing, and maintaining account records and transactions.
Key duties include performing daily accounting operations on rental properties, maintaining records of received tenants' rent, conducting account reconciliations, and providing tenant statements to update owners on revenue and expenditures.
Accounting Operations- Prepare and analyze account records and transactions, including credit memos, invoices, and cash receipts
- Maintain accurate records of received tenants' rent
- Conduct regular account reconciliations to verify tenant statements
Bachelor's degree in accounting, economics, finance, or a related field
Previous working experience in general accounting or estate property accounting
Strong computer skills (MS Office, Excel) and experience with accounting software
