As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for analyzing market trends, competitors, and customer needs to drive product innovation. This role requires collaboration with stakeholders to refine product strategies and define product features.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to determine the Minimum Viable Product (MVP) based on market research, customer feedback, and development resources. You will also be responsible for translating insights into actionable product plans and creating comprehensive Functional Requirements Specifications (FRS).

In this role, you will develop and oversee product workflows, implementation architectures, mockups, business decisions, data models, JIRA stories, UI, and algorithms. You will also manage and monitor Continuous Deployment (CD) and Continuous Integration (CI) pipelines.

You will ensure product quality by overseeing QA processes and defining passing criteria for UI, backend, and algorithms. Additionally, you will conduct or supervise Proof of Concept (POC) testing in-house and with select customers.

The Product Manager will gather customer and consultant feedback to make iterative improvements to the product. You will define features and timelines for future releases, ensuring seamless integration with existing implementations.

Finally, you will plan and allocate resources effectively for each stage of the product lifecycle. You will serve as a liaison between development teams, stakeholders, and customers to align product goals with business objectives.
