Strategic Financial Planning Position

We are looking for a highly skilled Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst to contribute to our Finance team. This role plays a crucial part in driving strategic decision-making through insightful analysis and data interpretation.

Main Responsibilities
  • Extract and analyze financial and operational performance metrics to identify trends and variances
  • Create comprehensive financial reports and dashboards for senior leaders
  • Develop compelling presentations for Management and the Board of Directors on key performance indicators
  • Assist in preparing annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-term financial plans
  • Design and maintain advanced financial models for forecasting, valuation, and scenario analysis
  • Work closely with business units to align financial projections with organizational goals
  • Gather, consolidate, and interpret financial data from various sources
  • Develop and refine databases and systems for efficient financial data management
  • Offer data-driven insights to support strategic initiatives and business expansion
Operational Support
  • Participate in month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes with thorough variance analysis
  • Perform ad-hoc financial analysis and scenario modeling at the request of leadership
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance financial visibility and informed decision-making

The successful candidate will be able to transform data into actionable insights, leveraging their analytical skills, financial expertise, and effective communication abilities.

Requirements and Specifications

The ideal candidate will have:

  • ACCA qualification highly desirable
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in financial planning & analysis or management reporting
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong grasp of accounting principles and financial statement analysis
  • Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Superior communication skills

Familiarity with financial planning software and data visualization tools is beneficial.
