Job Title: Regional Business Development Head
">We are seeking an experienced and visionary leader to oversee the strategic direction and expansion efforts of business development function in areas with limited existing presence. This role requires a combination of strategic vision, operational excellence, and hands-on leadership to establish and grow our presence in the region.
">Main Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy tailored to the assigned area, aligning with company goals and regional opportunities.">
- Identify and prioritize market segments and growth opportunities in the region and devise strategic initiatives to address them.">
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of business development managers, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback.">
- Foster a high-performance culture within the team, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and individual targets.">
- Develop an end-to-end on-ground payments ecosystem driven by mobile wallets, with a strong network of payment acceptance points and merchant-to-distributor (M2D) payments.">
- Spearhead efforts to increase our market presence and penetration in the remote area.">
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders, local partners, clients, and industry influencers.">
- Represent us at local events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance business visibility and forge new partnerships.">
Requirements:
">To be successful in this role, you will need:

- A Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field preferred.">
- 10+ years of progressive experience in business development, strategic planning, or sales management, with a proven track record of leadership and successful market expansion.">
- Prior experience in managing teams and developing strategies in a remote or challenging environment is highly desirable.">
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with a focus on driving performance and achieving goals.">
- Proven expertise in market analysis, business expansion, and relationship management.">
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.">
- An analytical mindset with proficiency in data-driven decision-making.">
- Adaptability and problem-solving skills in a remote or less-established market setting.">
- Willingness to relocate to or work in a remote area with limited company presence.">
- Ability to work independently and manage a team remotely, with occasional travel to corporate headquarters or other locations as needed.">
