We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Business Development Specialist.
This key position requires dedication to creating and applying an effective sales strategy to drive sustainable financial growth through enhanced customer relationships and revenue expansion.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop a comprehensive business growth plan focused on both revenue increase and customer satisfaction
- Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging opportunities and customer needs
- Promote the company's products/services, addressing or predicting clients' objectives
- Negotiate and prepare contracts ensuring adherence to established rules and guidelines
- Monitor and maintain accurate records of sales, revenue, invoices, etc.
- Furnish expert feedback and post-sale support to clients
- Cultivate long-term relationships with existing and new customers
- Provide guidance and mentorship to entry-level staff in developing their sales skills
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience as a business development manager, sales executive, or equivalent role
- Hands-on experience on freelancing platforms (e.g. Upwork, Fiverr)
- Background in customer support is advantageous
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Able to establish rapport with clients
- Strong time management and planning capabilities
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, or a related field
