Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze engagement data to identify trends in customer interactions and inform digital campaign planning.">
  • Create and execute digital media campaigns that drive brand awareness and customer engagement.">
  • Plan and develop monthly calendars for digital media postings to ensure consistency and impact.">
  • Craft compelling content or collaborate with advertising agencies to develop engaging materials.">
  • Suggest innovative ways to promote social media platforms to senior leadership to drive followership growth.">
  • Maintain consistent posting across all digital media accounts to uphold brand presence.">
  • Arrange digital media communication events such as company podcasts, webinars, and live coverage of internal and external events.">
  • Monitor and analyze ongoing campaigns to optimize their effectiveness.">
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends to develop better communication strategies.">
  • Produce high-quality videos showcasing company developments and achievements for publication on digital media platforms.">
  • Supervise online sessions for direct customers to register complaints, identify trends, and submit recommendations.">
  • Lead the integration of online and offline activities to create seamless customer experiences.">
  • Review and approve blog topics, make suggestions for additional content, and review written blogs for accuracy and quality.">
  • Manage digital media expenses to ensure timely preparation and submission.">
  • Perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor as needed.
